Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. 

If there is a defect or damage to your product please email us at info@covenofkink.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage as well as the packaging - please do not throw the packaging away as we are required to have it in order to file insurance claims with the USPS.
