Shipping policy

Everything on our store is handcrafted. We make each item especially for you when you place your order. Depending on the complexity of the design and our schedule it can take 7-10 business days for orders to be completed and shipped out to you. Please keep this turn around time in mind when ordering. we do not offer cancellations once your order has been started. If you need your items by a certain date, please reach out to use at info@covenofkink.com and we will be happy to discuss deadlines with you.

We typically ship via USPS ground advantage or priority mail. time in transit is determined by your location. We do not guarantee any delivery times as the time it takes USPS to deliver your order is out of our hands. If you experience a delay of more than 2-3 days in shipping please let us know and we will be happy to contact the post office and inquire about your shipment.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received your package please check with your neighbors. If your neighbors do not have your package please allow 1 extra day to see if the package shows up. If after the one additional day it still is not delivered contact us and we will contact USPS on your behalf. The process of locating your package once we've contacted USPS can take several days, we appreciate your patience while we work with them.
