This version uses a textured grip surface similar to skateboard tape — it feels amazing, but it’s not water-friendly. Here’s how to keep it clean and safe:

• Deeper Cleaning: If needed, gently clean with mild soap and water — do not submerge. After cleaning, set the paddle on its side to allow any moisture to drain and the band to dry fully.
• Avoid Alcohol: Never use alcohol or harsh chemicals on acrylic — this can cause micro-scratches or cracks, weakening the paddle over time.
• Fluid Safety: If blood or bodily fluids come into contact with the paddle, it should be considered fluid-bound and used only with the same partner going forward, as full disinfection isn’t possible between layered materials.
